Digital Products

Because our career reports are delivered instantly and digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once the full report has been accessed. However, we want to be fair — if you have a genuine issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

Eligibility for Refund

We will issue a full refund if: the report was not delivered due to a technical error, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
